If you want to understand technical equipment, check, repair and make it better, start your training with us! Place and duration: Training start is 15. August 2026 in Eutin. The vocational training course takes place part-time at the Emil-Possehl-Schule in Lübeck. The training lasts 3.5 years.

You maintain and repair plants from small electrical appliances to large building systems. You work on regenerative energy systems, such as a block heating unit or a chip heating unit. You learn how to control the different systems (e.g. pressure booster, emergency power plant) and help to identify energy saving potentials. You carry out visual and functional checks and ensure that all systems can be operated reliably and safely. You commission and accompany external companies, instruct them and control the activities carried out. You are tuning with your team and working with experienced craftsmen from different plants (e.g. heating, ventilation and sanitation). You work on site with mobile end devices, collect data and document your work digitally.

I want to learn new things and like to use this knowledge. I have good German languages in word and writing and can express myself well in writing and oral. I would like to create a red thread for extensive processes and keep an overview of the variety of tasks. I always work carefully and conscientiously and ensure that tasks are carried out precisely and reliably. I don't get any further, I'm looking for a solution.
