Consultant IKS Consulting & Optimization (m/f/d)

As part of our Technology & Process Risk Team (short TPR), you support the efficient testing and consulting of the secure transformation of processes and the IT of our clients of various industrial sectors. In addition to other exciting topics, you will work with the advice and introduction of new ERP & GRC software and the development of use cases for the responsible use of new technologies, such as cloud services or artificial intelligence. For our Risk & Regulatory business unit, we are looking for you as Consultant IKS Consulting & Optimization (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Responsibility – Together with your team, you advise (inter) nationally active companies – both listed and not listed. Process optimization aims to improve and tighten processes, while an internal control system (IKS) ensures that the processes are carried out in a consistent and risk-free manner. Process optimization – As part of process analysis, you will develop optimization recommendations for relevant business processes based on your findings and taking into account efficiency and effectiveness. IKS Consulting – To ensure that our clients meet the current legal requirements - e.g. FISG, DCGK, SOX - you support the assessment of the internal control system with regard to compliance with (inter) national standards in the context of a CAP analysis or an effectiveness check and develop sustainable optimization approaches. IKS Transformation – In the course of exciting digital transformation projects, you develop and optimize IKS methodology and tools for shaping the internal control system of the future. Expert knowledge – In addition, you take over the role of IKS Expert:in and conduct independent lectures and trainings for relevant stakeholders (Control Owner, Control Performer, Management) to strengthen their awareness/understanding.

That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics or in a comparable degree course and ideally have already completed modules in the fields of corporate governance, risk management, compliance, regulation, or finance & accounting. You have first experience in internal control systems, process management, risk management, internal audit, (internal) audit or management consultancy. Ideally, you have very good IT user knowledge. You can also take responsibility in interdisciplinary and international teams and successfully use your analytical and communicative skills combined with your own initiative in a project team. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
