Process manager in relation to medium/high voltage (m/f/d)

A task that challenges.

As a process manager:in mid-/high voltage (m/w/d), you will design the energy future with us and identify process innovations and optimizations in strategic connection. The aim is to make our reference processes more efficient (network connection of charging stations, commercial and industrial connections, data centers etc.).

You are responsible for projects in your area of responsibility, which you will succeed through a holistic methodological project management and professional stakeholder management.

You identify best practices and are responsible for implementing our reference processes.

In close cooperation with our specialist departments, you are driving forward the development of a process landscape for the strategic and operational reference processes “end-to-end”.

You create transparency on the performance of our reference processes through meaningful KPIs. You also identify potentials for further automation and digitization.

You plan and carry out trainings and workshops on the continuous development of the processes and projects.

You are active in group-wide bodies to promote process standardization and represent the interests of the Bavarian Work.

You are a stimulus:in, consultant:in, partner:in and intermediary:in our specialist areas in project and process questions.

To meet the requirements as a process manager, you will bring first professional experience in project and process management as well as first successes in the design of digital change.

You bring a successfully completed technical or economic study (Master). Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
