Duration: unlimited Start: From now on Scope: Full time With more than 280 employees, WIR as Kreiswerke Main-Kinzig GmbH is one of the most important utilities in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis. In our network area we supply about 130,000 people with drinking water and about 100,000 people with electricity. Our IT services provide WIR with ITIL on central systems. Our security claim is based on the certification of our data center according to BSI IT basic protection. On this basis, we provide IT services for about 1000 users of our group and external local customers. The office is located in the IT area “Projects and Development”, which also includes IT security. Assessment and processing of results from vulnerability scans and derivation of appropriate measures Administration of client and server systems with special focus on security-relevant configurations Support, operation and further development of the IT security solutions used Analysis, assessment and elimination of IT security incidents Support and preparation of IT certifications (including BSI, ISO 27001, IT‐SiKAT) Active advancement and further development of business continuity management (BCM)

Completed training as a specialist system integration (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Ideally qualified or practical experience as an information security officer Knowledge and practical experience in IT security (including SIEM, firewalls, VAS, monitoring) Experience in building and operating IT infrastructures (virtualization, servers, clients, networks) Confidence with ITIL, NIS2 and common security standards (ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, IT‐SiKAT, SzA) Knowledge in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and in the application of data protection regulations Basic understanding of attack patterns and IT security incidents Knowledge of the IT processes of an energy supply company or a public institution is desirable
