Support of DATEV users by phone and remote access Collection, documentation and classification of messages in our ticket system and, if necessary, clarification with the experts of DATEV Support and advice of DATEV users Support for data acquisition, import and export of and to clients or other tax advisors Administration and maintenance of rights management Training of users and clients on site as well as remote access
Successfully completed commercial training – ideally as a tax specialist (m/w/d) Very good knowledge of DATEV applications Experience in the process of law firm processes is desirable Knowledge of organizational processes (incident/problem management and request filling) in the ITIL service desk are advantageous
