In the Vitos special residential form of Stockstadt we provide chronically multiple dependency-infected adult people. The special residential form opened in 2018 is located in the municipality of Stockstadt am Rhein in the district Groß-Gerau in the middle of the old town centre. The new building has a total of 20 seats, of which eight seats are run as protected places according to § 1831 BGB. At the next time we are looking for a social worker/social pedagogue (m/w/d) in full or part-time.

You accompany and attend chronically multiple dependency-stricken adult people and provide qualified participation for people with mental illness. You work according to a person-centric approach and promote the independence of our clients through individual, life-structural care according to the current personal-centred integrated participation planning (PiT). As a coordinating reference person, you set up personal-centred integrated participation plans (PiT), work with the piT of the LWV and agree closely with the community-based psychoatrical association and other cooperation partners.

You have a corresponding degree (Social Work B.A or M.A) or a completed training. You have experiences in the care of people with mental disabilities and/or addiction diseases. You have a high level of professional and personal commitment. You are convinced by communicative competence, decision-making and enforcement. You work independently and are flexible. You are resilient and ready to work independently. Our clients are supplied 24 hours a day. Therefore, regular weekend, night and shift services are part of your task. In dealing with the personal-centred Integrated Management Plan (PiT), you are familiar with a car driver's license and have good PC skills (MS Office).

In addition, you will receive supplements, an annual special payment of 85% of a monthly salary, as well as an occupational pension, into which we deposit 5.7% of your gross salary per month. The wage range indicated refers to full-time employment. For parttime jobs, the salary is calculated proportionately.
