Site manager for the Wenden site and the Rhine-Main area (m/f/d)

In detail, the following tasks await you: Close cooperation with our Wenden plant, which serves as one of the central production sites Responsibility for the entire building management, from planning to coordination up to decontamination Coordination of internal and external project participants Implementation of job interviews with customers, architects, partner companies and authorities Monitoring and ensuring compliance with dates, budgets and quality standards Creation of the detailed schedule Organizing, ordering and unregistering the construction site equipment as well as the organisation of transporters Responsibility for the follow-up management as well as the provision of a deficient acceptance Responsibility for ensuring and complying with all occupational safety and construction regulations acceptance and documentation of construction services, such as floor plates and basement ceilings, as well as preparation for the pre-structure for building the house Ensuring QNG and NH monitoring at the construction site Continuous optimization and improvement of the construction management system

We are looking for a dedicated building manager (m/w/d), who convinces with expertise, organizational talent and communication strength. In detail, you will find the following qualifications: Completed studies or training as a civil engineer, technician, master or building craftsman (m/w/d) with corresponding project or building management experience Knowledge in statics, wood construction, heat, fire and sound protection as well as safety regulations Experience with BGB/VOB Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel), knowledge in SAP are advantageous Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation, enforcement capacity, pronounced organisational capabilities and communication strength German language skills
