Operational handling of the transhipment bookings for main ships and feeder ships as well as booking processing on partner lines Risk statement for IMO freight in our booking system Handling of sea transport goods including customs declaration and dangerous goods declaration for feeder ships and main ships Pre-planning of cargo and ship capacity in line with the MSC planning centres, the Port Agency and other internal departments Communication with terminals, authorities and other (MSC) agencies worldwide in German and English settlement and documentation of customs and veterinary stops and container damage Data maintenance in our in-house computer systems (including maintenance of timetables, detection of movement data)

You have a completed commercial training and first experience – for example as a shipping businessman (m/w/d), a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or a completed study, ideally with logistics focus. You convince with your communication strength and an organized, independent and reliable working style. You have the pleasure of dealing with the most diverse communication partners:inside and bringing about flexibility and a solution-oriented way of working. You like working on the team. Good knowledge of German and English is in demand.
