Plant maintenance: cleaning and sterilization of production plants according to current requirements. Troubleshooting: Self-balancing minor disorders as well as close cooperation with the team and the technology. Process security: monitoring and documenting the production processes and participation in a smooth production process.

Education: Successfully completed training in the food sector (e.g. as a cook, baker or confectioner (m/w/d)), in crafts or as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d). Experience: Ideally professional experience in food production; Transversal beginners with technical understanding are also welcome. German knowledge: Good knowledge of German in word and writing. Layer readiness: readiness to work in the regulated 3-layer system. Working methods: Careful, reliable and responsible way of working and enjoying the conscious handling of food.
