For our Robotics Division at the Allershausen site in the North of Munich we are looking for a Manager (m/w/d) Finance

Leader of the Finance team (bookkeeping and controlling) – 12 people Business partners of the management and management team at the site, support for strategy creation and implementation, supportive KPI / report creation Responsibility for J-SOX and adherence to key controls at the site with support from the department managers. Initiation of the transformation of processes with the respective process-responsive where necessary, to improve the J-SOX controls Responsibility for compliance with IFRS, HGB, internal policies and external guidelines / requirements / applicable laws Responsibility for the preparation, control and commentary of annual, quarterly and monthly financial statements according to IFRS and HGB Secure financial information and reporting within the division and the Robotics HQ, European HQ and Japan HQ Responsibility for investment controlling, project controlling, cash flow management Budget planning, forecasts, deviation analyses Contact persons for auditors, tax consultants and other external contacts in connection with the needs of the department System and process optimization and process automation, also in the ERP system, its cutting points and other dimensional systems

(m/w/d), alternative CMA / CIMA or similar professional qualification Outstanding experience in controlling and finance Experience in dealing with auditors and external institutions Very good understanding of complex industrial relations Leadership experience, situational leadership of a team Very good skills in Excel Knowledge of SAP desirable Self-employed, solution-oriented and pragmatic Very good communication and team skills Good knowledge of English (in word and writing)
