Working student HR with a focus on recruiting (m/f/d)

In this position, you are far more than an administrative support – you are the right hand of our recruiting team and get to know the craft of personnel selection in an international environment from scratch. Operational support: You accompany the entire operational daily routine of the HR department, from the appointment coordination for interviews to the care of the applicant correspondence. Process optimization: You actively participate in the review and update of our HR policies and recruiting procedures to continuously improve our standards. Team support: You can help the team with ad hoc requests and ensure smooth operation. Project cooperation: You support smaller projects within the department (e.g. optimization of job alerts) and provide relevant documentation and presentations. Learning effect: With close accompaniment you develop a deep understanding of the functional processes of a global market leader.

You are a motivated person who likes to look behind the scenes of personal work and convinces by a structured way of working. Education: You are currently an immatricated student (m/w/d), ideally in a course related to human resources management or economics. Working: You work conscientiously and reliably. You value a structured onboarding process and professional mentoring, but quickly develop the ambition to advance tasks autonomously and proactively. Communication strength: You can safely communicate in German and English and professionally compete with applicants and colleagues. IT-Affinity: The use of common office software is easy for you, and you are interested in incorporating yourself into new HR systems. Personality: You are a real team player who likes to take responsibility for his topics and always keeps a look for the essential even in administrative processes.
