You are responsible for building a software-based property management for our entire branch network in Europe. DEINE ROLLE BEI SIXT Portfolio & Property Management: You conceptualize, develop and implement a uniform property management to monitor and develop our branch network in Europe Operational Excellence: You analyze and generate valuable insights, e.g. with regard to real estate savings potential at our locations Project Management: You define and conduct projects to increase the efficiency of our branch companies You implement a central property reporting to ensure that the most important key figures are available at any time DISCLOSURE Training You have a successfully completed study in the field of real estate, business, facility management or a comparable field of expertise, additional qualifications in the field of construction or project management are of advantage Professional experience You have at least three years experience in property management (ideally in the management of rented business premises) You bring well-founded knowledge in the area of rental contract management, location assessment and real estate management. Confidence with the specific requirements and challenges of car rental stations is of advantage Tools You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel) and have experience with real estate management and contract management software.
