Commercial Managing Director in the Social Services Department (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the Company's commercial and operational management Negotiations with business and cooperation partners Strategic development of the Flensburg bridge, in particular in the real estate, digitization and new business areas Monitoring and control of business processes, including controlling, financial and accounting, and personnel management Leadership and motivation of employees Representation of the company to the outside, network work including communication in the social policy environment Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal corporate guidelines

Qualification and experience gained in the commercial sector and/or in the social sector with business skills Knowledge of social psychiatry and the specific requirements of integration aid Multiannual professional experience in a leadership position, ideally in the social field or a related industry Skills in employee management High communication and negotiation strength as well as entrepreneurial thinking Competencies in process development and effective control of processes Loadability, enforcement capacity, decision-making competence and a structured operation IT-Affinity as well as safe handling of current MS-Office applications
