The production control is present, but not yet fully developed and provides consciously design playroom. A personality that creates transparency is sought, existing structures are questioned and, together with production, practical solutions are developed – close to operating events, not from the ivory tower.

The role offers the opportunity to develop production controlling in a sustainable manner and establish it as a real business partner in production. There is a chance of taking responsibility and further expanding the area.

Commercial link between controlling and production with direct proximity to operating daily business Further development and step-by-step expansion of a practical production control Identification of vulnerabilities (blind spots) and derivation of feasible improvement measures Analysis of cost structures, budgets and deviations with focus on concrete action recommendations Support for make-or-buy decisions and for investment and economic analysis Participation in forecasts, financial statements and capacity planning Active co-design and optimization of processes in the sense of a lean approach Close cooperation with local production and support in the further development of existing systems

Multiannual experience in production controlling, ideally in producing middle class or in the environment Food / FMCG Commercial or technical training with corresponding training (e.g. controlling, business management) or studies in the field of business – the practical experience is crucial Very good knowledge in Excel as well as experience with ERP systems Embossed understanding of production processes, key figures and cost structures Hands-on mentality as well as the claim to not only analyze things, but to significantly improve them Communication strength and the ability to perform convincingly in the production environment Own initiative, pragmatism and joy of building work Good German knowledge
