In your role, you control all procurement operations of the branch (including coordination, coordination and execution of procurement operations for services and materials) During negotiations on purchase, factory and service contracts, you will introduce your negotiating security and prepare sound award decisions

You will discover new suppliers and subcontractors, build strong partnerships and manage supplier management for the Stuttgart branch

You conclude framework agreements and work contracts strategically and thoroughly so that optimal conditions and long-term cooperation are created

You do not miss savings and improvement potentials: you identify opportunities, think ahead and implement measures directly into concrete results

Business training e.g. as an industrial businessman / businessman for office management m/w/d with completed training (e.g. specialist for purchasing / businessman m/w/d) or studies in the field of BWL / economic engineering

Multiannual professional experience (> 5 years) required in (strategic) purchasing as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. C1 level)

Ideally, you have basic knowledge in contract law (e.g. HGB, BGB, VOB) as well as experience in dealing with common ERP systems (e.g. SAP R/3 or S/4 Hana) and pleasure in using Power BI and AI (e.g. Copilot/Chat GPT)

You are a team player with a strong service and independent working, safe occurrence and negotiation skills
