In this newly created leadership, you take on the overall responsibility for the field of education and economics. With your pronounced communication strength, you take over a central interface function between managing board, departmental management and other organizational units and act at eye level. As a strategic thinking personality, you actively shape organisational development processes, develop structures, exchange formats and cross-departmental cooperation and promote sustainable quality standards within the organization. You have a degree in pedagogy, social work, social management, psychology, rehabilitation education or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, you will bring training as an educator with appropriate professional training. Multiannual leadership experience and well-founded knowledge in the field of early childhood education, child and youth assistance or a comparable educational field characterize your professional career. In-depth knowledge of children's protection, inclusion and quality development as well as a sound economic understanding enable you to safely combine educational and business requirements.
