Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Responsible for the review and manufacture of customer orders as well as intra-group orders, including proper storage and documentation • Monitoring of overdue payments from customers and issuing payment reminders • Proactive communication with customers for the timely collection of outstanding amounts • Initiation of contact with corporate customers and other departments to solve credit problems • Efficient storage of relevant documents • Collection and negotiation of payment terms for overdue accounts

Your qualifications: • Experience from 2 to 4 years in the field of accounting and/or collection • Language required in English and German • Knowledge of SAP • Enforced but tactical operation • Pregnant and precise communication skills • determination and endurance in handling tasks • Team player who actively communicates with colleagues and advises others on business questions and problems
