Your profile Complete training in IT or comparable qualification Funded knowledge and experience in client care Good knowledge of software distribution and Microsoft 365 services (Office, Teams, Exchange Online, AD) Ideal experience with Mobile Device Management and ITIL Embossed problem solving capabilities and service orientation Teamability, communication strength and independent working Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing JOBV1_EN
