Senior Project Manager - High Voltage / Grid Connection (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored management of the power connection within a complex large project, ensuring appointments, costs, quality and risks structuring, control and tracking of all work packages including Milestones, dependencies, decision requirements as well as active chance and risk management incl. Reporting Management and coordination of external planning offices, specialists (high and high voltage) and technical consultants throughout all planning phases Quality assurance of external planning services incl. Plausibility tests, technical reviews and ensuring consistent, phase-oriented planning Central contact person for network operators and negotiation and coordination of network connection and network usage contracts, in particular the technical connection conditions, design concepts as well as interfaces between substations, lanes and downstream installations in coordination with law and purchasing Leading coordination of technical tenders and awards for planning services, service providers, suppliers (e.g. cables, substation components) and EPC partners in close cooperation with the purchase holistic technical scope and interface management for high and high voltage transformers and trains incl. Voting with approval management, land security, hydrogen plant (BoP) and purchasing We offer an annual gross salary of 90.000 - 110.000 euros, depending on qualifications and professional experience. Complete study of electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical qualification with a focus on energy infrastructure Multiannual experience in project management of power grid, mains connection or high/high voltage projects Understanding network connection processes, technical connection conditions (e.g. TAB, VDE-AR-N) and cooperation with network operators Experience in coordination, control and quality assurance of external planning services over several phases Very good technical understanding of substations as well as high and high voltage lines (cable and free line) Experience in the coordination and negotiation of technical and contractual content with network operators and internal departments (e.g. law, purchasing) Embossed capabilities in interface, risk and stakeholder management in complex project structures structured, self-responsibility and high communication and enforcement capability; very good German, good English knowledge of advantage
