Working Student Recruiting/HR Services (m/f/d)

We offer you a diverse range of tasks in which you actively support the daily business of our HR Corporate and HR Admin Team. You will gain valuable practical experience and get a comprehensive insight into the diverse processes and topics of administrative HR work. In particular, the following tasks await you: You take responsibility for the entire testimonials process for our employees.

You are responsible for the preparation and testing of HR-relevant documents and documents, such as adjustments, confirmations, etc., as well as the preparation of evaluations.

You help to ensure the excellent Candidate Experience for the applicants through proactive and competent applicant communication.

You coordinate interviews in close coordination with the respective departments.

You are responsible for publishing job advertisements.

You are in their studies, ideally with the focus (operational) pedagogy, BWL, sociology, humanities, psychology or a comparable degree course and are inspiring for HR topics. You are characterized by the following qualifications: You are an organizational institution and are happy to exchange with different target groups.

You have an independent, structured manner and are reliable.

You have good MS Office knowledge and motivation to work into new tools and processes.

You have very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing as well as a pronounced language feeling.

You can support us with 12 to 20 hours a week.
