Curative education nurse or educator day care centre for the disabled (m/f/d)

You see individual people with their individual needs, interests and potentials and encourage them to meet their personality. You are motivating and stimulating to the people: in the design of everyday life, care, care and leisure activities. You are in exchange with relatives, institutions, therapists, doctors and legal advisors. You have regular working hours from Monday to Friday.

You have completed the above-mentioned or comparable training, e.g. as a medical education, ergotherapist, social education or nursing (m/w/d). You bring experiences in working with people with cognitive impairments. As an exceptional team player, you can see where your help is needed and keep a cool head even in difficult situations. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn € 3.828 or € 4.094 and SuE allowance, for many years of professional experience up to € 5.132 are possible (based on TVöD-B pay group S8b, full-time, part-time). In addition, there is an annual special payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant. We work intensively and offer further and further training opportunities, supervision, coaching and expert advice. You can use offers of occupational health promotion. We take into account your working time requirements for long-term service planning. We offer you a long-term professional perspective and the opportunity to switch to other areas within the company.
