You're moving: You are responsible for carrying out commissioned acquisition projects for property acquisition, contract management, real estate management and marketing.

You are responsible for the timely and qualitative monitoring and acceptance of the acquisition services to be provided until handover to the services.

Ensure legal validity and compliance with the approval directives, in the context of an audit of the pre-decision processes according to uniform standards on quality and economic viability.

You are responsible for lease and use contracts for the construction and operation of telecommunications facilities, in particular radio installations.

You will automatically create project and schedules and contribute to efficient resource planning with regard to order management, acceptance, audit and release as well as escalation, approval and control mechanisms.

That's what you bring: Completed studies in a technical or legal field More than five years of experience in the acquisition of mobile locations Funded knowledge of real estate and project management High competence in MS Excel and other database/project management tracking tools Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Conceptual and analytical thinking and communication skills
