Line task (ab ca. 2026) Operational resolution Creation and monitoring of work and procedure instructions Coordination of export procedures and foreign trade statistics Customs goods dispatches according to internal and customs requirements Processing of complex complaints and clearing cases Creation of reports to statistical authorities Consultation on complex issues (customs formalities, export permits) Support for audits and implementation of measures

Process design/optimization Analysis of cross-site processes Development of decision templates and recommendations for action
