Head of Customer Service (m/f/d)

You lead, develop and control our team ''customer support for large customers''; motivating personnel, clear communication and a trusted working environment. You design the strategic development of the department through the analysis and optimization of processes, structures and processes with the aim of increasing efficiency, customer satisfaction and sales impact sustainably. You control the department performance via key figures and quality management and produce regular reports on sales KPIs. You ensure effective cross-cutting and cross-sector management, monitor the distribution areas and identify potentials for increasing business success. You actively support change-management processes and communicate relevant business objectives. You run projects for digital transformation and the introduction of AI-based tools to optimize processes and improve customer interaction.

You have completed their studies in the field of business or business informatics and have a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year leadership experience in customer support or sales, ideally with responsibility for several teams. You have strong strategic and analytical capabilities and experience in key figures and quality management. You are versed in change management and organisational development. You have a strong technology affinity and have already successfully carried out projects for the introduction of digital solutions, in particular AI-based systems, and have been able to optimise processes and to increase customer satisfaction sustainably. You are convinced by the strength of communication, enforcement and empathy in the leadership.
