Professional processing of all incoming requests (by phone, chat and e-mail) of existing or potential customers regarding our products and services (inbound) in compliance with SLA's (service level agreements) Processing of requests for reimbursement (Claims) Advice and information in all matters relating to our insurance products Changes to insurance contracts Processing of special requests Participation in department-internal training to expand the knowledge of medical terminology, our products and operations
