Here we are the largest employer, who is also engaged in training for young people in skilled workers. The central area of medical control includes, among other things, the thematic areas analysis/planning/evaluation of all services of the medical areas as well as the corresponding removal of measures based on the results. He is responsible for the transfer of the medical and therapeutic services provided and documented into the settlement (DRG / PEPP). In addition, the areas of quality assurance and clinical risk management are assigned. Communication with the central areas of financial management as well as strategy and business development is essential and is being lived. We also understand ourselves as a service provider for the further areas of the company and provide data and reports as required.

Creation of operational evaluations Strategic analyses for controlling medical performance processes Processing of performance and revenue data for management and specialist departments Support of the management team with key figures Support in the implementation of the Hospital Care Improvement Act (KHVG), in particular in the adaptation of internal processes and documentation requirements Working in interdisciplinary projects for the further development of medical control and hospital processes

Complete university studies or completed training in a health profession with extensive administrative experience or comparable qualification Experience in medical controlling, in particular in the implementation of strategic specifications (process and quality specifications, process analysis and monitoring of process discipline) Multiannual professional experience in operational and strategic medical controlling Very good knowledge of the DRG/PEPP system, the German Code Directives, KHEntG, KHG and relevant legal requirements (e.g. KHVG)
