Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau (Neckar) In our team from Global Process Ownern (GPO), Bosch Home Comfort (HC) Logistik is responsible for the processes: Warehouse-to-Consume and Store-to-Ship in the factory environment. They play a role in governance and consulting to harmonize and optimize processes in our 16 plants. With your expertise, you contribute to the implementation and further development of the storage structures and processes in the Store-to-Ship area. Priorities are the processes from receipt of goods, from production, to dispatch. They act holistically in the end-to-end and in coordination with the Process-Chain Manager (PCM) of intralogistics, the other GPOs for physical logistics, transport and IT stakeholders. In addition, according to the S/4 Roadmap, you carry out actual analyses and smart alignment workshops in the factory warehouses with an interface to the production supply. Document target processes via Signavio in a Docupedia. Required work process requirements supplement your factory template with business and IT requests (BR, ITR). This will help you develop the S/4 Hana Factory template. You can also support process changes or introductions by documenting, training as well as creating or performing test cases and change requests. They represent the HC target processes and requirements in the central working group (CPT) plus other business areas and central logistics. Also prioritize optimization and harmonisation projects in coordination with PCM and IT stakeholders after return as well as compliance and implement them in pilot camps, before an HC-wide scaling. You will present your progress and results using KPIs and schedules. Their field of action ranges from operating in local HC camps to cross-departmental template work with the Bosch Central Logistics. They co-operate and communicate across discipline boundaries at different hierarchical levels and present your results convincingly.
