Assistant Professor (m/w/d)

Start date:01.09.2026 (or later) Contract:unlimited Working time: 38.5 hours/week (full-time) **P-5.2 (by house rate), depending on professional experience 3.521.30 € to 3.981.002 € gross/month

Your new job:

• Begleitung & Förder: You accompany people with a need for support in everyday work, promote their individual skills and strengthen their self-determination and participation.
• Labour and vocational training: You plan and design individual work offers as well as personalized support services.
• Document & Organisation: You document support and support services, day events and relevant information with the BEVIA software.
• Assistance & support: You take supportive nursing activities, participate in drug delivery and accompany people in meeting everyday requirements.
• Cooperation & exchange: You work closely with colleagues, social services, family members and legal advisors.
• Team & further development: You are actively engaged in meetings, training, and supervision.

Your profile:

• A completed training as a traineein, Heilerziehungspflegerin, tested specialist for job and job promotion (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally professional experience in working with people with support needs
• Knowledge of the BEVIA documentation system is advantageous
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and empathy
• Safe handling of common computer applications
