Your role As a (Senior) Vehicle Logistics Manager:in (m/w/d) you will be able to offer our customers a first-class experience: you make sure that vehicles are delivered to our FINN stations in good time and in perfect condition by truck and the return to our compounds runs smoothly. In doing so, you will guide our external experts for vehicle deliveries, especially on the foreign axis, in the daily business and communicate efficiently between different internal teams and partners.

Your ObjectiveDisposition: You are responsible for the assignment and control of truck transports to our FINN stations. With national transports and challenges of daily business, you know. The maintenance of service levels (termination, logging, etc.) is one of your strengths. You know the market, the lead times and know how to efficiently bundle and commission transport capacities. Further development Processes: You contribute significantly to the further development of our truck supply processes. Together with various internal teams, you define how service providers interact with our compounds and implement standards to ensure operational excellence. In close coordination with our product teams, you drive the digitization of our commissioning processes and seamless integration into partnerTM systems, creating the basis for efficient growth. Partner management: You are the central interface between FINN and our truck logistics partners. You identify relevant, new logistics partners and tax complex existing partnerships independently. You keep partners firmly and moderately confident in the event of disagreements or disturbances.

Your profileYou have at least 3 years relevant professional experience in logistics, disposition, supply chain mgmt, or in other relevant areas, at best in a dynamic environment (e.g. start-up). You think in solutions, not in problems. You prefer proactive planning against reactive fire control. You have experience in managing external service providers and are safe in dealing with different stakeholders. You have a high affinity for digital tools (TMS, CRM) and you like to work data-driven. You can easily translate operational requirements into technological solutions. You speak very well German and good English.
