Leiter Shared Production Unit Mechanik (m/f/d)

You take over the overall responsibility for the shared production unit Mechanik including budget responsibility. You conduct the group leaders of the areas of machining, welding/surfaces and quality control, as well as the department management for the planning activities. You are responsible for production planning, production control, work planning, material disposition and inventory management for mechanical components. You make sure that materials are available in time, stocks of raw materials and semi-finished products are economically controlled and that production can reliably plan and deliver. You control SPU based on relevant key figures such as delivery schedule, planning quality, inventory range, security of supply, transit time, quality and budget compliance. You work closely with purchasing, logistics, controlling, quality, production and business units. You recognize bottlenecks early, implement countermeasures and develop processes, structures and employees.

a technical or economic study, a master/technical qualification or a comparable qualification. has several years of professional experience in the fields of production, production control, production planning, work preparation or supply chain management. have gathered leadership experience in an industrial environment and guides group leaders as well as operative teams so confidently and targeted. has a profound understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, material flows, capacity planning, inventory management and cost structures. Experience in managing budget responsibility, ERP systems and relevant production indicators. analytical, binding and entrepreneurial thinking and successfully balancing target conflicts between dates, costs, quality, stocks and capacities.
