Enter your experience in the construction business – actively shape the processes of the Sparkassen financial group You advise in the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe on the further development of products, sales channels and internal processes You will develop professional and IT concepts around digitization, transformation, OSPlus adaptations and credit process modernization. You translate regulatory requirements in credit and construction-saving context (including WIKR, MaRisk references) into practical technical solutions You perform conceptual, organizational or professional tasks and thereby actively contribute to the success of ongoing projects Work closely with specialist areas, IT and project teams and contribute to making processes more efficient and sustainable

You have a degree or a comparable qualification in banking, business or IT – ideally with relevant professional experience in the LBS/Construction business You have a good understanding of the processes and technical processes within the Sparkassen Financial Group Experience gained in the operation and/or administration of OSPlus-LBS and/or LBS-NEU complete your profile Ideally, you already know OSPlus portal and OSP-NEO You are interested in analyzing, designing and continuously optimizing complex process structures A readiness to travel within Germany is of course for you Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2) complete your profile
