You take over the operating management in your area with the service centers in Bad Tölz, Geretsried, Weilheim, Landsberg am Lech & Garmisch-Partenkirchen taking into account the Carglass® key figures Your focus is on the management and further development of your employees in the service centers and you are an important part and decision makers in the recruitment and onboarding of your teams. You are responsible for your locations for compliance with all Carglass® standards in the technical and administrative field. You are an interface and contact person for the departments of the main administration Du optimierst processes and procedures in your area.
