Make it happen You...

• assists in the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits and approval processes (e.g. DEMAR-145, Altverfahren-mil.LTB, AQAP, EN)
• develops quality management, in particular through the processing of audit CARs and customer complaints
• first and work on quality documents
• analysing, tracking and reporting on audit results and quality KPIs
• develops, implements and supports quality improvement proposals
• coordinates and implements quality tasks
• identify and evaluate opportunities and risks and introduce sustainable quality improvement measures
• take on independent processing and participation in quality projects

Be our forward thinker You...

• have successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field (min. Bachelor)
• has professional experience in engineering, aerospace and quality management
• have comprehensive knowledge of process planning and process improvement
• are experienced in project management and quality assurance
• have sound knowledge in MS-Excel, MS-Office and SAP (detail functions)
• speaks German and English at least in a safe manner
• have a high level of commitment, team capability and communication strength
• brings a high level of service orientation and sense of responsibility
• have the willingness to continuously improve and the ability to implement specifications in processes and regulations
• ideally, you have a valid training measure in the field of human factors and knowledge in the areas of EASA par [for phone number see the original ad], DIN-ISO, AQAP2110/2310
