Your tasks:

• Implementation of all tasks related to the evaluation of external archive service providers
• Indexing and archiving of GxP and other business relevant records (paper and electronic) according to prescribed regulations
• Quality control of records for completeness, accuracy, structure and plausibility
• Working in projects and activities for recording and working up records

Your qualifications:

• Training for specialists in media and information services or commercial training
• Good knowledge of GLP/GCP/GMP requirements
• experience in archiving processes for paper and electronic documents
• Good knowledge of English
• Good IT skills
