HR Specialist in Teil – HR Controlling & Administration (m/w/d) in Val Gardena You have a passion for numbers and are an organizational talent? In your role in the HR Controlling & Compensation Team, you are sleeping the bridge between entrepreneurial requirements and a fair, future-oriented people management. Together with your team, you work on many exciting tasks - from creating meaningful reports to co-designing in innovative projects. With your structured and focused way of working, you are also an indispensable support for HR management. You shape future-oriented frameworks with us! Keep an overview: compilation of statistics, ad hoc evaluations and management reports Focus: aggregation and processing of salary data for wage and financial accounting To act in a certain way: preparation and monitoring of the staff and salary cycle Organize optimally: take over assistance tasks for staff management, e.g. appointment coordination and general support. Creating presentations and evaluations as well as taking on research tasks

Basics: completed studies in the field of human resources, economics or social sciences or a commercial vocational training as well as first professional experience in the field of personnel, ideally in the (personal) controlling Knowledge: Very good MS Office knowledge – especially Excel & Power Point Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English Strengths: Analytical thinking, openness and high sense of responsibility
