Real Estate Reception Partner - part-time - temporary (m/f/d)

As a receptionist, you are the first contact person on site and serve our guests, visitors, customers and customers. You support our team on fixed mornings and afternoons (at least 25h/week). You take over the following tasks: You create the access cards for our guests and take care of the reception and registration of our visitors. You are responsible for managing the visitor parking and issuing swimming pool and car rental. You are responsible for the information of company-specific information. You are responsible for compliance with planned measures in emergency situations. You support administrative and organisational activities.
