For more than 160 years, 100 employees who have successfully served their private and commercial customers in the field of building technology, heating, climate, cold, ventilation, sanitation and drinking water hygiene. In order to strengthen the team, we exclusively occupy the responsible role of the manager (m/w/d) for the service, maintenance and maintenance sector.

Completed training with further education to master sanitation, heating and air conditioning (SHK), state-of-the-art. Technicians or successfully completed studies (Dipl. Ing./Bachelor/Master) with a focus on building or supply technology or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in maintenance, maintenance and technical service, ideally in the SHK sector Knowledge in the VOB, relevant standards and technical regulations Proven experience in the leadership of teams, deployment planning, project execution, personnel development and the handling of industry-specific software Experience in the planning, control and handling of small projects up to approx. 200,000 EUR incl. Coordination of sub-contractors Ideally knowledge of regenerative energies, heat pumping and solar technology, digital maintenance tools or IoT applications in domestic engineering Ideally knowledge of occupational safety, especially in maintenance and maintenance work
