We are looking for a motivated and committed specialist (m/w/divers) for environmentally relevant tasks for our ESH team at the Hannover Stöcken site: Perception of the function of the Immission Protection Officer Coordination of hazardous goods management at the site Participation in the introduction and maintenance of a hazardous substance management system Support for waste management Assessment of legislative changes and derivation of measures and opinions on draft new regulations Participation in missions and internal and external audits Verification of operating diaries, catastrophes etc. Participation in planning, coordination and implementation of construction projects Evaluation of environmental incidents and assessment of potential environmental damage Organisation of actions on the environment Support in the implementation of instructions and training measures in environmental matters

Complete study in the field of environmental engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in an ESH area desirable or in comparable fields of application Training to the Dangerous Goods Officer after ADR (road) desirable Training for the Immission Protection Officer desirable or willingness to continue Knowledge of waste management, water protection and hazardous materials management required Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing High level of autonomy, sense of responsibility and commitment Customer-oriented communication skills Joy in working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams Problem-solving capability and enforcement capacity The applications of disabled people are welcome.
