Front Office Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities as Front Office Supervisor (m/w/d) include the warm welcome and check-in of our guests, including the statement of our resort amenities. Professionally run the check-out process, process guest bills and are available to guests personally, by phone and e-mail for questions. In addition, take over the reservation management for restaurants and provide information about local attractions. In addition, you are willing to support the Front Office team in administrative tasks and take responsibility for subordinate colleagues (m/w/d) and the management of a layer.

We are looking for candidates who ideally already have first experience in the front office of luxury hotel industry or a comparable position. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and further language skills are highly appreciated. We place great emphasis on a hospitable attitude and the ability to work together in a team-oriented environment. The willingness to shiftwork, including weekends, holidays and night service, is expected to serve our guests as much as possible. Knowledge of hotel software, in particular Infor HMS, is advantageous and a professional appearance completes your profile.
