Consultation and representation of the insolvency administrator and companies in in insolvency proceedings focusing on labour law issues Support for the implementation of rehabilitation and restructuring measures from the labour market perspective Examination and creation of interest compensation and social plans in the context of insolvency proceedings Compilation of opinions on labour law issues related to restructuring measures Analysis and assessment of labour law risks related to insolvency proceedings
