As a central contact person, you are responsible for all matters relating to building operations, in particular in the field of technical building equipment and electrical engineering. You support the facility management and take over the planning and control of all relevant works and projects. You are contact persons for our service providers and are responsible for the collection, assessment and acceptance of services. In addition, You coordinate the operations of the traders (m/w/d). You have the organization and documentation in view of all tests and maintenance. In addition, ensure the maintenance of the technical infrastructure.

You bring completed commercial or craft training. Ideally, you already have experience in facility management or bring knowledge in the field of building technology. You have craftsmanship and technical understanding. You work independently and are open to new solutions. You are versed in dealing with the current MS Office programs. In addition, you will always be kind and confident about what your profile is rounded off.
