Payroll Accountant (d/f/m)

Our Finance Operations Department includes: Accounts Payable, General Ledger & Accounts Receivable, Cash Reconciliation, Group Accounting & Consolidation, Payroll, Cash Management, Accounting Data Quality, Group Reporting & Controlling and Process Automation & Data Integration. In your role as Payroll Manager (f/m/x), you support our team in all matters relating to wage accounting. Own and timely implementation of the monthly salary bills while maintaining the highest quality standards, including all associated follow-up activities for a defined group of employees Responsibility for the care, updating and quality assurance of accounting-relevant master data and continuous process optimization in the area of payroll Leading partner for complex payroll questions for both national and international employees and executives Self-employed communication and correspondence with authorities, social security institutions, health insurance companies and other external partners Analysis and interpretation of personal data, preparation of evaluations, reporting and certifications and derivation of optimization measures

Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on salary billing or relevant business studies 3+ years of well-founded professional experience in Payroll, ideally in an international business environment Very good and practical knowledge of social security, wage tax and labour law High level of initiative, solution orientation and experience in dealing with changing, dynamic working environments Secure and routined handling of MS Office (in particular Excel) and well-founded user knowledge in dealing with common wage and salary accounting programs flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as very good English knowledge are absolutely necessary
