cytomorphological blood and bone marrow findings in a high throughput laboratory for leukemia diagnosis Control of haematological diagnostic workflows at the highest level Reger interdisciplinary discourse with the various diagnostic departments of the MLL as well as our senders in clinics and practices Continuous development in a highly relevant and maximally future-oriented medical field Using the latest methods such as artificial intelligence We offer you the opportunity to engage responsibly beyond cytomorphology in other departments of the MLL. You have a completed training on the specialist in hematology/oncology, laboratory medicine or pathology You have several years of experience in the self-responsible cytomorphological findings of blood and bone marrow smears You enjoy haematological diagnostics and personalized medicine and are also inspiring for digital innovations and artificial intelligence Your strengths include self-responsible work and strong team skills You have experience in teaching and mentoring employees Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile Their demanding activity in the team of cytomorphology is carried out in close cooperation with the other departments. You will receive an intensive training and an exciting, challenging and varied workplace in one of the most modern diagnostic laboratories.
