Warehouse employee as team coordinator – warehouse / logistics (m/f/d)

For our new location in Meppen we are looking for you as: Projektmanager (m/w/d) You introduce your team to an efficient flow of goods and maintain safety and quality standards.

Team leadership & coordination: You are responsible for the daily implementation of the performance specifications and coordinate your team. You carry it motivating, value-adding and result-oriented. Contact person & model: You are the first contact person for your team in matters of safety, order and cleanliness and take a clear role model. Operational support: You support the shift manager in the operational day-to-day business and continuous process improvement. Introducing new employees: You sign and introduce new team members into the workflows.

Experience & leadership: Ideally, you bring experience in warehouse logistics and first practical experience in employee management. Working: You deal with challenges in a solution-oriented manner and work quickly into new tasks. Flexibility: The willingness to work in the 2-shift system is of course for you. Knowledge: You communicate safely in German and have first Excel knowledge. Other language skills (English, Russian, Ukrainian) are of advantage. Personal skills: Your reliability, your high commitment, your resilience and your strong social competence complete your profile.
