Project Management Maintenance (m/f/d)

You develop, control and responsible for energy-efficient renovations and full modernization projects from planning to completion, taking into account technical and economic business objectives. You control and implement maintenance and repair measures from damage detection, planning and tendering to successful implementation. You run the construction projects, coordinate the participating specialist companies and secure appointments, costs and quality. You create maintenance plans and update them regularly, commit the objects and derive necessary measures and costs. You check invoices, process supplements, check security services and document all processes transparently. You communicate with tenant representatives, internal specialist departments and external partners and ensure a smooth running of all projects.

You have studied architecture or civil engineering and bring several years of experience in building project management, ideally in the existence of residential and commercial real estate. You know the planning, contracting and construction contract law (VOB, HOAI) very well and use all regulations safely in daily practice. You think analytically and economically and work reliably, committed and responsible. You negotiate safely, communicate clearly, work in the team and solve tasks structured, solution-oriented and independent. You make use of MS Office and AVA programs and ideally apply SAP. You have a valid class B licence.
