Own-sponsored construction management of demanding construction projects from the start of the project to completion (power phases 6-8 HOAI) Participation already from the tendering and awarding phase and thus significantly earlier than in classic building ladder rollers Control of quality, costs and dates across the entire project Coordination of exporting companies and all project participants Close cooperation with builders, architects and designers Ensuring economic and high-quality project execution Implementation of construction meetings, acceptances and documentation

Studies in civil engineering or architecture, further education as a construction technician or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the construction management of demanding construction projects Ideal knowledge of tendering, awarding and VOB Experience from an architectural office or a general company Responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Joy of high-quality construction projects and a close exchange with planning and building
