Processing of troubles and requests in 1st level support via our ticket system Technical support and maintenance of infrastructure: clients, printers, networks, WLAN, server access User and Rights Management (Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365) Management of mobile devices and MDM systems Support for infrastructure projects, rollouts and on-site terminals Documentation in central systems (IT-Wiki, SharePoint) Compliance and implementation of security standards in the context ISMS / NIS2

Complete training as a specialist or comparable qualification Experience in first-level support and IT-based infrastructure Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory Very good understanding of network technologies and IT security High service orientation, communication strength and structured operation Joy of direct collaboration with users readiness to travel for occasional on-site operations (guide certificate class B)
