What awaits you

As a Supervisor Shuttle Services, you are responsible for the safe, efficient and customer-oriented operation of the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg shuttle and bus transport system. They lead a team of team leaders and bus drivers, report directly to the IFM Leader and actively promote the strategic development of the transport offer. In addition, you are responsible for coordination and coordination with external bus operators, authorities and counties.

• Discipline and professional leadership of team leaders and bus drivers
• Creation and securing of service and deployment plans
• Weekly feedback talks and identification of training and development needs
• Quarterly Security Training and Open Communication Culture in Team Operation & Security
• Responsibility for the safe operation of the entire bus fleet
• Ensuring all driving permits, qualifications (key number 95) and legal requirements (StVZO, BKrFQG, DGUV)
• Monitoring vehicle safety, maintenance intervals and operation using digital tools Processes & Quality
• Digital quality controls, complete documentation and KPI tracking
• Analysis of operating data to increase efficiency and implementation of digital solutions Route planning & customer orientation
• Creation and continuous optimization of the shuttle route plans
• Required adaptation of the offer based on usage data and feedback External coordination
• Individually responsible, efficient and solution-oriented coordination with external bus operators and competent authorities and counties

• Evaluation of innovative mobility solutions (e.g. autonomous shuttles, electric mobility)

• Close cooperation with IFM Leader on strategic orientation and budget planning

What to bring

Subject

• Technically audited transport manager (technical examination for goods or passenger transport)
• Education or studies in logistics, transport management, facility management, etc.
• Multiannual experience in transportation, fleet management or public transport
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (BKrFQG, StVZO, ArbZG, DGUV)
• Experience with digital fleet management and planning tools
• Driving license class D / key number 95 and willingness to drive even shuttles
• Knowledge of innovative mobility concepts desirable personality & leadership
• Proven management experience in the operating environment *Expressed communication and conflict resolution competence, especially in dealing with external partners and authorities
• High self-initiative, analytical thinking and data-driven operation
• Loadability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Very good knowledge of German and English
