Practice consultant in the laboratory field service (m/f/d)

In your area, you are responsible for the advice and support of existing senders of our laboratories. As a link between laboratory and doctor's practice, you can build customer relationships and accompany our customers communicatively at all levels. You acquire new senders in the established area. You participate in the development of innovative ideas for sender acquisition. At training and trade fairs you represent the LADR.

Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a health profession such as the Medical Assistant (MFA) (m/w/d), Medical-Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA) (m/w/d) or a natural/medical study. First experience in the medical field (ideally in the field of laboratory medicine) can already be demonstrated. You are characterized by their pronounced customer orientation as well as openness, friendliness and communication strength. Basic knowledge in dealing with medical information systems (AIS), ideally also with a CRM system, are desirable. We require independent work, organizational skills and enforcement skills as well as good German and MS Office skills.
