Masterin (m/w/d) Wasserbau In our Operations Management department Western Lippe we are looking for a Masterin (m/w/d) Wasserbau at the Dorsten site at the next possible time Emschergenossenschaft and Lippeverband are jointly the largest wastewater provider and operator of wastewater treatment plants in Germany and reliable partners of our municipal and industrial members. As a public-law employer with around 1,800 employees, we implement wastewater treatment, ensure flood protection and manage the ground and rainwater at Emscher and Lippe.

Management responsibility for about 10 employees taking into account changes Responsibility for operation, maintenance and further development of rivers, rainwater treatment plants and flood protection plants Planning, coordination and monitoring of measures in compliance with the relevant legal regulations, technical regulations and time and budget requirements Ensuring proper and efficient operation including operational planning, internal and external coordination and control and control of contracted service providers Perception of client function in construction and maintenance

Complete qualification as master* in the field of construction engineering, water engineering, water management or comparable training Knowledge of modern water systems and processes as well as good knowledge of important legislation in water, environmental, labour and procurement law Experience in cost management and a pronounced economic understanding Ideally, leadership experience and the ability to steer interdisciplinary teams targeted Extensive analysis, decision-making, and organisational capability, high communication strength and readiness to take on call readiness
